We were very happy to deal with servepro team of Walter Hernandez and Kyle. Both men were well knowledgeable about the job that needed to be done and performed the job with perfection. They cleaned, tore out the plywood, insulation and Sheetrock desposed of it properly. Wiped everything down with the micro solution, vaccum up all dust and dirt, ran dehumidifiers in closet crawl space and garage, air blowers. Explained everything in detail took pictures of everything to document. Walter and Kyle should be commended. We’d like them to finish the job if possible.

Edwin provided exceptional service throughout the entire water mitigation process. From the moment he arrived, he was professional, knowledgeable, and incredibly informative. He took the time to explain everything clearly, answered all of my questions, and made sure I understood each step of the process.
Edwin, Kyle and Kody from Servpro’s Old Forge team are the most professional and efficient techs I have ever seen. They showed up on time, walked me through the job, gave me an estimated timeframe and did exactly everything they said they would do. Most importantly, they were extremely courteous and mindful of people working from home at the time of service. I couldn’t recommend a better team for mold remediation and cleanup. They even took away an old pool table I’d been meaning to get rid of for years with no problem.
