I was devastated when I was told most of everything had to go I loved the way my house was BUT Jim and Chuck went above and beyond and made our home better than it actually was before. They not only do amazing work but they actually care about their customers. They made sure even the smallest details were perfect, things I myself would never even have thought about. They turned a sad situation into something exciting. I always looked forward to stopping at the house to see what they had done. They made sure we got exactly what we wanted and then some .....
