As Co-Owner and CEO of SERVPRO of Altoona, Ben Weaver combines military discipline with restoration expertise to serve Blair County.

A veteran of the U.S. Army and IUP graduate, Ben holds certifications in Water Damage Restoration, Esporta textile cleaning, Kitchen Exhaust Hood Cleaning & Inspection, and EPA Lead-Safe Renovation.

From emergency water extractions in Altoona to fire and smoke restoration in Hollidaysburg, Ben’s leadership ensures customers receive rapid, reliable service every time.

As Co-Owner and COO of SERVPRO of Altoona, Jeff Kuncelman brings years of leadership and restoration expertise to Blair County.

Certified in water, fire, smoke, and odor restoration by the IICRC, along with EPA renovation training, Jeff combines technical skill with deep community ties.

From emergency water damage cleanup in Altoona to fire restoration in Hollidaysburg, Jeff’s focus is delivering rapid, reliable service that makes property damage “Like it never even happened.”

Dave serves as the General Manager of SERVPRO Team Weaver, leading operations across the organization's Central Pennsylvania territories and helping ensure customers receive the highest level of service when they need it most.

Having started in construction at a young age under the guidance of his father and grandfather, Dave developed a strong foundation in craftsmanship, leadership, and problem-solving. He later went on to own and operate his own business, managing high-profile commercial construction projects and building a reputation for quality, accountability, and attention to detail.

As Office Operations Manager for SERVPRO of Altoona, Tracy Coldwell plays a key role in keeping projects on track for homeowners and businesses across Blair County. From scheduling and customer updates to coordinating with insurance carriers, Tracy ensures every restoration project runs smoothly.

Duncansville, Huntingdon, and Tyrone customers know they can count on her professionalism and care from the moment they call us.

Steve is the Restoration Operations Manager for SERVPRO of Altoona. As a graduate of Penn State University, he was thrilled when SERVPRO Team Weaver became the official cleanup and restoration company for Penn State University Park and their branch campuses.

He and his wife live in Blair County have lived in Central Pennsylvania for the past 25 years where he has coached soccer at the club level and raised their family.

Steve holds certifications in water damage restoration, Odor control, contents processing,and fire and smoke damage restoration. A former teacher, he is a skilled leader, trainer, and instructor.

He built SERVPRO Team Weaver’s content management division from the ground up and now oversees a team of over 50 employees who handle local mold remediation, flood and water restoration, and mitigation. His dedication to excellence, attention to detail, and willingness to be available to his team has helped make Team Weaver one of SERVPRO’s top 75 franchises.

Evan is the Mitigation Lead Estimator for SERVPRO of Altoona. He graduated from IUP with degrees in Economics and Psychology. He splits his office time between our Happy Valley, Indiana, and Ebensburg offices.

Evan is certified in water damage restoration, fire and smoke damage restoration, commercial drying, applied structural drying, applied microbial remediation, odor control, OSHA awareness and compliance, and contents processing and handling. In addition, he is a certified crime and trauma scene bio-recovery technician. His extensive education, dedication to our community, and industry knowledge has helped make Team Weaver one of SERVPRO’s top 75 franchises.

As Head of Large Loss for SERVPRO of Altoona, Keith Bailey is the expert businesses and property managers call when disaster strikes.

With extensive experience in mitigation, construction, and managing large-scale recovery efforts, Keith has the knowledge to oversee complex jobs.

His record-setting list of IICRC certifications, including Water Damage Restoration, Applied Microbial Remediation, and Master Fire & Smoke Restorer, gives Altoona, Hollidaysburg, and Tyrone confidence in full-scale restoration.

As Director of Marketing for SERVPRO of Altoona, Tera Nelson combines her creative background with her passion for community engagement.

A Penn State graduate and former business owner, Tera spent 15 years as a well-known photographer in State College before transitioning into marketing leadership. Today, she helps families and businesses in Central PA, Bellwood, and Tyrone connect with SERVPRO’s trusted restoration services for water, fire, storm, and mold damage.

Steve is the Director of Business Development for SERVPRO Team Weaver. He oversees a team of Sales Reps who span Cambria, Indiana, Bedford, Blair and Centre Counties. A graduate of Shippensburg University and former football coach, most recently at Saint Francis University, he enjoys talking all things sports.

Steve is certified in Water Damage Restoration and has completed OSHA30 construction industry training.

As a retiree from the FBI and DOJ, Steve has brought a unique perspective to his role in sales and made him the person business owners, schools, and insurance agents call when they have an unexpected disaster on their hands.

As Sales Representative for SERVPRO of Altoona, Christie Yingling works closely with Insurance Agencies, property managers, and businesses throughout Blair County.

From Altoona to Hollidaysburg and Tyrone, she builds relationships and raises awareness of SERVPRO’s fire, water, and mold damage restoration services. Christie’s dedication ensures customers know who to call when disaster strikes.
