Nick McGinnis, Owner & General Manager | SERVPRO Team McGinnis

Founded SERVPRO Team McGinnis in 2009 and continues to lead the company as Owner and General Manager. Provides hands-on leadership with extensive experience in water damage restoration, fire damage restoration, mold remediation, storm damage restoration, commercial restoration, reconstruction, and emergency property mitigation.

Nick is passionate about helping homeowners, property managers, and businesses recover after water, fire, mold, and storm damage while delivering exceptional customer service. Outside of work, Nick enjoys spending time with his family exploring Oregon. His hobbies include riding dirt bikes, farming, hiking, hunting, and taking advantage of the Pacific Northwest by spending time in both the mountains and along the Oregon Coast.

Matt McGinnis Owner & Lead Project Manager, Construction Division | SERVPRO Team McGinnis

Owner and Lead Project Manager for the Construction Division at SERVPRO Team McGinnis, overseeing residential and commercial reconstruction projects following water, fire, mold, and storm damage.

Matt brings more than 20 years of experience in the restoration and construction industry, helping homeowners and businesses rebuild after property damage. Has been a valued member of McGinnis Enterprises for more than 13 years, providing expert project management, construction oversight, and customer-focused service from start to finish.

Specializes in construction management, reconstruction, insurance restoration, structural drying, and coordinating restoration projects that return homes and commercial properties to preloss condition.

Outside of work, Matt enjoys hunting, archery, recreational shooting, camping, and spending quality time with friends and family while enjoying the outdoors throughout Oregon.

Monica McGinnis, Owner and Accounts Payable Manager | SERVPRO Team McGinnis

Monica joined SERVPRO Team McGinnis full time in 2020 after supporting the business and her husband Nick in the business for nearly 20 years. Prior to joining SERVPRO Team McGinnis full time, Monica gained eight years of accounting and management experience, building a strong foundation in financial operations, vendor relations, and business administration.

As an accounting and business management professional, she has experience in:

• Business operations support

Monica also oversees accounts payable processes and supports the financial management of SERVPRO Team McGinnis. Her experience includes:

When she is not working and talking about SERVPRO Team McGinnis, Monica enjoys crafting and creating handmade signs, candles, and soaps. Monica enjoys being part of a close-knit community and loves the balance that rural Oregon living provides.

Alesha McGinnis, Owner and Accounts Receivable Manage | SERVPRO Team McGinnis

Alesha joined SERVPRO Team McGinnis full time in 2024 after supporting the business and her husband Matt in the business for the previous almost 20 years.
As a collections professional, she has completed programs focused on compliance and collection practices.

Alesha calls Dallas home and loves the many summer activities that the town hosts like Sounds of Music where local bands put on free outdoor concerts once a week.

Jennifer Lee, Director of Business Growth & Development | SERVPRO Team McGinnis

Jennifer joined SERVPRO Team Mcginnis as the Director of Business Growth & Development in 2024. Her role is focusing on building relationships, expanding community partnerships, and supporting the continued growth and success of the company. She brings a strong background in restoration, emergency preparedness, healthcare support, and community engagement.

Danny joined SERVPRO Team McGinnis in 2024 as a Business Development Representative with SERVPRO Team McGinnis. Bringing industry experience, he is dedicated to building strong relationships, expanding community partnerships, and connecting homeowners, businesses, and property professionals with trusted restoration solutions when they need them most.

Britni Hoyt, Office Manager | SERVPRO of Downtown Portland / Team McGinnis

Britni joined SERVPRO Team McGinnis in 2023 and serves as Office Manager, overseeing the daily administrative operations for all four SERVPRO Team McGinnis locations. She helps ensure the offices run efficiently while supporting both customers and team members throughout the restoration process.

As an office management professional, Britni has experience in:

Bill Peters, Mitigation Project Manager | SERVPRO Team McGinnis

Bill joined SERVPRO Team McGinnis in 2013 as a Project Manager. With more than 10 years of prior industry experience, Bill helps homeowners and businesses navigate the restoration process while overseeing projects from initial response through completion.

As a restoration project management professional, Bill has experience in:

He enjoys fishing, camping, hiking, and mushroom foraging whenever he has the chance. Bill also has a passion for travel and has visited 40 of the 50 states, nine countries, and three continents, with plans to continue exploring until he has experienced all 50 states and many more destinations around the world.

Ian Baughman, Construction Project Manager | SERVPRO Team McGinnis

Ian joined SERVPRO Team McGinnis in 2023 as a Project Manager, bringing more than 11 years of management experience to the team. He oversees reconstruction projects while helping ensure every job is completed with quality craftsmanship, clear communication, and exceptional customer service.

In his downtime, Ian enjoys tinkering with anything mechanical, whether he is repairing vehicles, fixing his kids' toys, or working on appliances around the house.
