We at SERVPRO of Yamhill & Tillamook Counties have a team made up of dedicated and hardworking individuals with the experience that makes even the most difficult property damage restoration flow smoothly in the midst of a chaotic situation following any size disaster.

Nick McGinnis
Owner and acting General Manager at SERVPRO Team McGinnis
Nick started SERVPRO Team McGinnis in 2009 as a hands-on owner and manager. Nick has certifications from the Institute of Inspection Cleaning and Restoration Certification (IICRC) in Water Damage Restoration Technician (WRT), Applied Structural Damage Technician (ASD),Commercial Drying Specialist (CDS), Applied Microbial Remediation Technician (AMRT), Trauma and Crime Scene Technician (TCST), Carpet Cleaning Technician (CCT), Odor Control Technician (OCT), Upholstery and Fabric Cleaning Technician (UFT), Health and Safety Technician (HST), Journeyman Textile Cleaner, Journeyman Water Restorer and Journeyman Fire & Smoke Restorer. As well as Renovation, Repair, or Painting (RRP) from the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA).
When not working Nick enjoys spending time outside with his family riding dirt bikes, farming, hiking and even hunting. By living in such a beautiful spot in Oregon it allows for a great mix of time in the mountains or at the coast.
Matt McGinnis
Owner and Lead Project Manager Construction Division at SERVPRO Team McGinnis
Matt has been around the restoration industry for over 20 years and is certified in IICRC WRT, FSR, ASD and TCST. He also is a Lead Paint certified Renovator. He had as been with McGinnis Enterprises for 13 years.
Outside of work, Matt enjoys, hunting, archery, shooting, camping and spending time with friends and family.
Monica McGinnis
Owner and Accounts Payable Manager at SERVPRO Team McGinnis
Monica joined SERVPRO Team McGinnis full time in 2020 after supporting the business and her husband Nick in the business for the previous almost 20 years. Previous to joining SERVPRO Team McGinnis Monica had eight years of accounting and management experience.
When not working and talking about SERVPRO Team McGinnis Monica enjoys spending time crafting creating signs, candles and handmade soaps. Monica enjoys the simplicity of farm life in her home of Dallas and cherishes spending quality time with her family.
Alesha McGinnis
Owner and Accounts Receivable Manager at SERVPRO Team McGinnis
Alesha joined SERVPRO Team McGinnis full time in 2024 after supporting the business and her husband Matt in the business for the previous almost 20 years. When not working and talking about SERVPRO Team McGinnis Alesha enjoys spending time watching her kids play sports, traveling and going wine tasting in the beautiful Willamette Valley.
Alesha calls Dallas home and loves the many summer activities that the town hosts like Sounds of Music where local bands put on free outdoor concerts once a week.
Danny Fuhrer
Business Development Representative at SERVPRO Team McGinnis
Danny joined SERVPRO Team McGinnis in 2024 as a Business Development Representative with SERVPRO of Yamhill & Tillamook Counties. Prior to joining SERVPRO Team McGinnis Danny brings over a year of experience in the industry to the team and to help our clients.
When not working Danny enjoys spending time with his wife and three kids. He loves watching his oldest ride in the rodeo, or cheering on his middle child in her dance recitals and bringing his youngest to the golf course to hit balls and learn to love golfing just as Danny does.
Danny lives in Columbia County which he loves due to its close proximity to the Columbia river, the forests in the backyard and being able to get to either the coast or Mt. Hood within 2 hours. Every fall his town transforms back into Halloween Town where the movie was set and brings in thousands of people to enjoy the fall festivities.
Britni Hoyt
Office Manager at SERVPRO of Yamhill & Tillamook Counties
Britni joined SERVPRO Team McGinnis in 2023 and serves as Office Manager overseeing all four locations that make up SERVPRO Team McGinnis. Britni has the Asbestos Hazard Emergency Response Act (AHERA) through the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA).
When not working Britni enjoys spending her time reading and being with her family and friends, checking out places around Salem and Dallas like the Saturday Market. Britni likes to try new adventures and fun experiences and recently got a new cat who she loves dotting on and spoiling.
Ian Baughman
Project Manager at McGinnis Restoration & Construction in Tillamook.
Ian joined McGinnis Restoration & Construction in 2023 as a Project Manager. Ian has certifications in Certified Manager of Community Associations (CMCA) and a Certified Community Manager (CCM). Ian brings 11 years of previous management experience to McGinnis Restoration & Construction.
In his free time Ian loves spending time exploring Nehalem alongside his wife and four boys. He thinks Nehalem is a great place to explore since it's perfectly situated between the river and the beach. Ian enjoys spending downtime tinkering with anything mechanical from fixing cars, his kids toys, or appliances around the house.
Bill Peters
Project Manager at SERVPRO of Yamhill & Tillamook Counties
Bill joined SERVPRO Team McGinnis in 2013 as a Project Manager at SERVPRO of Yamhill & Tillamook Counties . Bill has certifications from the Institute of Inspection Cleaning and Restoration Certification (IICRC) in Water Damage Restoration Technician (WRT) and Applied Structural Damage Technician (ASD). Prior to joining SERVPRO Team McGinnis Bill brings 10 years of industry experience to the team
When not working Bill loves to spend time with his son and daughter on the beautiful Oregon Coast. Bill is a proud 7th generation Oregonian who calls Tillamook home. He loves getting out fishing, camping, hiking and mushroom foraging. Bill has traveled to 40 of the 50, 9 countries and 3 continents so far but plans to travel to all 50 and visit and explore as much as he can.

We waited almost 5 weeks for another contractor to get us a cleaning estimate for cleaning our Lodge facilities after the Camp Fire tore through Paradise only to leave several unanswered messages. One of our Lodge members mentioned that SERVPRO was working right up the street. Woody Nelson approached SERVPRO's Anthony Noble about cleaning the Lodge for smoke and soot damage from the fire. Anthony and Matt were there within 2 hours to see what we needed. We had a detailed, comprehensive estimate to present to the insurance adjustor within a week. Keep in mind that this facility is over 20,000 square feet in area and covers 2 stories. The bid was accepted and cleaning was commenced shortly after. These people brought the necessary resources and personal to complete the cleaning process rapidly, professionaly, safely and cautiously, without damage, while working under some pretty extreme weather conditions, not to mention the complete devastation surrounding us in the town of Paradise. There was excellent communication throughout the arduous process of this huge undertaking.
I can't thank SERVPRO and their professional staff enough for their Caring and Professional work in restoring our Masonic Lodge to its sparkling appearance and would recommend this company without reservation to anyone who needs or requires their service.
