The contractor Johnny was the best contractor I’ve ever worked with. Super professional, very nice, and got the job done fast. He also took the time and made sure to explain every detail and everything they would be doing. I would highly recommend.
Water damage resulted in ruined floor and mold growth. Bre and Chris were brilliant deconstructing and cleaning. They worked very hard for long hours in very hot conditions. I was disappointed that Servpro was not able to do the reconstruction and upset that the office did not tell me this until very late in the process. This caused a serious delay finding people to do the repairs. Also, they have yet to provide me with the identification of the flooring so that it could be matched to the rest of the house as they had said they would. The work crew would get 5 stars. The office personnel were also very courteous and prompt. Management would get 1to 2 stars for their performance. They do hire good people.

Servpro quickly came in to clean over a weekend at the facility and everything was spotless. They had a great attitude and follow up was also very strong- they care about what they do!
There was smoke damage to our house due to the local wildfires. The Servpro team came out right away allowing us to get back into our home in a timely manner. The crew on the job, Zach, Nick, Liz & Christina were prompt and professional throughout the whole process and explained everything very well. Thank you again for all your help!!
