Matthew has been trained on all of our programs and policies on how to handle all of the different files, tests and approvals for mitigation. Matthew is also learning how the collections process works. Matthew handles phones and estimates and enjoys working with the SERVPRO team.

Alicia is an Owner, Office manager, Billing Specialist, and a Debt Collector for SERVPRO of Coos, Curry and Del Norte Counties. Alicia is the driving force to make sure that daily business runs smoothly and that all complication are dealt with and handled with care.
Isaiah Osbon
