My 91 year old mother in law's basement, and most of St. Catharines had their sewers back up. James came over and explained, what to expect once his crew came over. The crew were very kind courteous, boxed and labelled everything, removed all of the damaged furniture, and walls, washed the floors and walls with disinfectant. Installed fans and dehumidifiers, making the air inside the home livable again. James then explained the next steps, as we try to get her place back to livable again. Michelle and James came to inspect our water/mold damage the. same day as our initial call...and the crew started the following day. They carefully cleaned everything and removed all damaged contents and drywall...They left the room neat and clean and dry. They were fantastic ! Highly recommend !
The cost of a service call is higher than other restoration companies, but James was far more knowledgeable. Unlike the others, he brought diagnostic tools and gave clear action plans and advice. Followed up after our original consultation as well. I'd recommend James and his team
We are very impressed with the work done by Michelle and her team on our three storey flood at our cottage. Ceilings, floors and walls were affected, as well as a significant amount of clothing. Tear out was done with minimal mess, mold remediation was thorough. Great care was taken with our belongings and the salvageable items were dry cleaned. Michelle was efficient and communicative, providing regular updates on progress. Pricing was totally reasonable. We are very pleased with the work and highly recommend Servpro Muskoka.

James and his amazing team at Serv Pro assisted me with the clean up of a sewage pump leak at my cottage. They did an incredible job, on time and in advance of renters using my cottage. James was great to work with under very difficult conditions. He put me at ease giving me the confidence that they could get my place looking and smelling clean.
