Had a water leak in my basement this week, and Servpro of London was quick to respond. The crew was super professional, worked efficiently, and kept me in the loop the whole time. Kulwinder, the owner, even checked in to make sure everything was going smoothly. You can tell he genuinely cares about his customers. Really thankful for their help—highly recommend them, eh!

I recently had my sump pump fail which caused my basement to flood so I called Servpro East London, and within 40 minutes their team arrived and immediately took control of the situation. They saved as many of my belongings and furniture that I couldn't move by myself and quickly began the cleanup process. In less than 6 hours they had everything cleaned up and drying equipment set up. The team was professional, efficient, and overall absolutely amazing. I couldn’t be happier with their service.
