Riley and team did a great job on flood cleanup after the thunderstorm of July 1, 2026 damaged our finished basement, including bedroom, TV room and other living spaces. Our basement was flooded twice in the terrible storms that hit St.Catharines. SERVPRO were our saviours. Brian from Hamilton was quick to assess our damage & had a crew of 5 people in within a day to remove all our furniture & cut the walls. Austin from Barrie was excellent as well. He explained and answered all of our questions. The entire gang worked hard and were very professional & understood the stress that we were experiencing. I would highly recommend Brian & Austin to do any restoration work that you may need.
Had ServPro of Barrie deal with my insurance claim from the Canada Day storm in Ottawa. The crew was very kind and helpful, they were very attentive and helped with any questions I had regarding my insurance claim. Would like to give a special shoutout to 2 of the workers, Riley & Keifer. Would recommend them to anyone needing help with water damage!
10/10 would flood my house again just to hire these guys . Showed up fast , teared down the mess, sanitized … what was left of it . Then they brought the big guns in the form of dehumidifiers and fans . Friendly , fast , legendary !

RILEY and his helpers, especially SAM have been amazing in their work while cleaning up the mess left from 20-30 inches of rain and water that fell / flooded our neighbourhood. ( Belltown ) Both 66 Boyce and 2995 Walter have been carefully cleaned out , cleared of ruined appliances , soaked books and they washed the floors and used large fans to remove extra moisture! They worked the hours and left the places tidy as they said they would! If needed another time, I would not hesitate to call on them and certainly will recommend their work to others!
