SERVPRO was an easy pick for me as the operators had become my neighbors, and that's how I was treated, like a friend and neighbor. Jordan and his crew came in and helped me at a really happy time in my family's life. We had remodeled a home from head-to-toe and wanted it cleaned from head-to-toe. We expected with such an easy job (relative to a disaster) they would send one or two of their staff. Boy, was I wrong. They brought out the Calvary. There were no less than 20 people cleaning in our house. Each one of them more polite and courteous than the next. They finished quickly as you would expect with that many people and Jordan came by for an inspection. As this was a job they weren't quite accustomed to, they missed a few things that just didn't cross the staff's minds. I pointed those areas out and they jumped on it immediately, and they were done before I could turn around. Since then, Jordan has treated me like an old friend. As a newbie to Fort Gibson, it's nice to be treated that way. I was a nurse for 15 years in critical care, and working with excellence meant the difference between life and death. Jordan and his SERVPRO crew treat your house with that same spirit of excellence that means the difference in the quality of your life if disaster strikes.
