Dave Jones brings more than two decades of hands-on leadership in restoration and reconstruction, operating and partnering in multiple SERVPRO franchises across the region. Throughout his career, he has led large-scale restoration, reconstruction, and disaster recovery efforts; building teams focused on operational discipline, rapid response, and consistent execution. Dave earned his Bachelor of Science in Political Science from Arizona State University and holds multiple IICRC certifications, including Water Damage Restoration Technician (WRT), Applied Structural Drying (ASD), Anti-Microbial Remediation Technician (AMRT), and Commercial Drying Specialist (CDS), along with Lead-Based Paint certification. His technical background and field experience support teams handling complex residential and commercial losses. Under Dave’s leadership, each independently owned and operated SERVPRO franchise emphasizes accountability, technical excellence, and steady, scalable growth while maintaining high standards during property damage emergencies.

Mace Ward is the Chief Operating Officer. He earned his BBA in Business Administration and Management from Oklahoma State University and is currently in his eighth year with the company. Mace is deeply committed to serving customers and takes pride in showing up every day for both his team and the people they help. Raised in Oklahoma, Mace and his family remain closely connected to Rogers County, where they continue to operate their family farm. Outside of work, he organizes the annual Lincoln Ward Memorial Golf Tournament, a cause that’s important to him and his family.

Kyle Alexander serves as Chief Administrative Officer and Vice President of Construction for SERVPRO Team Jones. In his role as CAO, he oversees Accounting, Human Resources, IT, and Administrative Operations across the organization. As Vice President of Construction, he leads Construction Services with a focus on execution excellence, financial discipline, and scalable operational systems. Kyle brings more than 22 years of experience in the construction industry, including 20 years dedicated specifically to insurance restoration. He has been with SERVPRO for 13 years and has played a key leadership role in the organization’s expansion and operational development. He holds a Bachelor of Arts in Criminal Justice from Chapman University (2002). Kyle has extensive experience in both residential and commercial construction and remodel projects and is committed to ensuring projects are completed efficiently, professionally, and to the highest standard.

Gerald Thomas serves as Director of Marketing and Business Development for SERVPRO Team Jones. A graduate of Alcorn State University and a retired US Army Officer, Gerald spent 10 years in the US Army Corps of Engineers managing large-scale construction and reconstruction projects in demanding environments. With more than 20 years of experience in sales leadership and marketing strategy, Gerald brings a disciplined, performance-driven approach to business development. He leads the growth and development of the sales team across the Team Jones franchise group, focusing on strategic partnerships, market expansion, and consistent brand execution. Gerald is actively engaged in the communities and industries the team serves and is involved with AFT-ID and the Building Owners and Managers Association (BOMA).

Pam Donaldson serves as Human Resources Manager for the franchise, overseeing all aspects of employee relations, compliance, and administrative support. She manages hiring coordination, onboarding, training processes, and ensures company policies are consistently implemented across the team. Pam plays a key role in maintaining a positive workplace culture while ensuring the organization remains compliant with employment regulations and internal standards. Her leadership helps support both field and office personnel so they can perform at their best. Through structured processes and clear communication, Pam helps keep the team aligned, supported, and operating efficiently.

Armando Mendoza is the Director of Commercial Large Loss for SERVPRO Team Jones. Armando has 24 years’ experience in fire, water, mold, HVAC cleaning, in residential and commercial projects. Previous roles he has held include Large Loss Coordinator of multiple storm events, Operations Manager of 75+ employee restoration company, and General Manager of 10 million+ a year restoration company.

His accreditations include IICRC Applied Structural Drying, Texas Mold Contractor, IICRC Carpet Cleaning, NADCA HVAC Cleaning, Fire Recovery, IICRC Odor Removal, IICRC Smoke Removal, Bloodborne Pathogen, OSHSA 30, ICCRA, HIPPA, and Texas HVAC A License. Armando brings passion for customer service and project management and believes the most important job is yours!

Ronnie Davis began his career with SERVPRO in 2013, bringing a diverse background in disaster recovery, insurance adjusting, and industrial quality control. Prior to joining SERVPRO, Ronnie worked as an independent CAT adjuster, traveling nationwide to respond to major weather events and large-scale insurance losses. His experience in the field gave him a strong understanding of claim handling, documentation standards, and the expectations of both insurance carriers and property owners. As a certified IICRC Water Damage Restoration Technician (WRT), Ronnie combines technical restoration expertise with insurance insight to deliver accurate estimating, thorough documentation, and well-managed projects from start to finish.

Sylvia is the master of First Impressions. From the moment you call in or walk in the door, she takes pride in making sure all your needs are met.

Rob Wickersham serves as the Business Development Specialist for SERVPRO of South Tulsa County. Rob has over 25 years of experience in commercial and residential construction and 10 years as a catastrophe insurance adjuster. Rob is a hometown man who understands your needs and concerns. We are the Fire, Water, Mold, and Cleaning Experts - available 24 hours a day 7 days a week for your emergency.

Our leadership team for SERVPRO of South Tulsa, SERVPRO of Edmond, SERVPRO of Stillwater Guthrie gather quarterly in our headquarters city of Tulsa.

Matt is a valued member of the construction team at SERVPRO of South Tulsa County. He previously worked as a licensed plumber in the State of Oklahoma for 10 years. He also worked as a NFIP certified insurance adjuster for 10 years and is currently still licensed.

Megan is the Account’s Payable Manager for SERVPRO of South Tulsa County, SERVPRO of Edmond and SERVPRO of Stillwater/Guthrie. She has been with SERVPRO since September 2020 and has 6+ years of experience in an accounting role. She takes pride in her work and loves to be organized. Oklahoma has always been her home; she’s married to her high school sweetheart and they have two children.

With over 30 years of administrative leadership and 25 years specializing in accounting and finance, she brings seasoned financial expertise and executive-level oversight to the organization. A top graduate in her accounting program, she built a strong technical foundation that has driven a distinguished career in financial management. Prior to joining SERVPRO, she spent 15 years as a Finance Manager in the music retail industry, leading financial operations, strengthening controls, and improving profitability. Her background also includes commercial real estate and experience as a loan officer, providing broad expertise in financial analysis, asset management, and lending. As Corporate Controller for Team Jones, she oversees enterprise-wide accounting, financial reporting, compliance, and internal controls. Serving on the executive leadership board, she plays a central role in strategic decision-making, financial governance, and long-term organizational growth.

Dianne been with SERVPRO of South Tulsa County for 3 years. On a daily basis, she assists the team with Office Administration, Dispatch, Marketing, Accounts Payable and so much more.

Candace is our Accounts Relievable Manager and is in her 5th year with SERVPRO of South Tulsa County. With decades of experience in office management, payables, and receivables, Candace is an integral part of TEAM JONES!

Steve Batson is the National Account Manager for SERVPRO of South Tulsa and Team Jones. Steve is a graduate of Belmont University with a degree in Business Management. He joined us in 2021 and brings nine years’ experience as a National Accounts Manager with SERVPRO Headquarters in Tennessee. Overall, he has over 20 years of account management experience. Steve’s focus will be on developing long term mutually beneficial relationships with national commercial companies and insurance providers. Miranda serves as Construction Manager for Oklahoma, bringing 14 years of hands-on restoration experience to the team. As a Master IICRC-certified professional, she oversees complex reconstruction projects with a focus on quality control, timeline management, and clear communication. Miranda leads crews through every phase of the rebuild process, ensuring projects move efficiently from mitigation to final completion. Her technical expertise and field experience allow her to manage both residential and large-scale commercial restoration with precision and accountability. Her leadership helps ensure properties are restored safely, correctly, and to the highest industry standards.
