My dental office was badly flooded over the weekend when no one was there to notice and we just so happened to drop into the office on a Saturday afternoon to catch it. There was standing water multiple inches deep and other than shutting the water off, I wasn't sure where to begin. My wife looked up services online and called this ServPro business, and I'm extremely grateful she chose this place. They had a crew out to my office within 1 or 2 hours to begin cleanup. The workers they sent out were competent and informative and did their job incredibly well. After a long day of vacuuming out the water, then a few more days of 30+ industrial fans and humidifiers, the office was dry! Next was to replace the parts of the office that were irreparably damaged, including parts of the walls, an entire desk/vanity, and a significant area of flooring. ServPro handled all of the remodeling for me and did it for much cheaper than I would have expected. They provided high quality flooring and vanity installs and did it quickly. This included quite a lot of custom fit components that weren't easy to come up with in a hurry like they did. My office is back to normal now and actually better off than it was before the flooding. I had a great experience with them and I'm especially thankful for all of Keith's help, as he seemed to have knowledge about practically every question I managed to throw at him and he was available 24/7, including plenty of evenings and weekends. I know he put a lot of work into getting this fixed for me and I am beyond thankful.
Aaron did a great job from start to finish. He explained everything and had a great attitude the entire time. I will definitely use ServPro if any future needs call for their services.
