Wow. Thank you to Patrick, Aaron, and Chase of SERVPRO. We had a middle of the night flood in our home that went on for hours while we slept. We woke up to water so high in our home that it was pouring over the thresholds and into the back yard. SERVPRO showed up within a couple of hours of our call after we were unable to make a dent in the water in our home using a wet vac and brooms. They were extremely friendly, understanding and professional and got the job done. They removed carpet, helped save some of our belongings by getting them off the ground, removed baseboards and so much things that had been turned into trash. And then they dried our home thoroughly with heaters, fans, dehumidifiers and air filters. Over the course of six days they got our home from a sopping mess to a dried up canvas ready for rebuild and that has been protected against mold in the walls and well everywhere. The team came daily and worked for hours, checking on the home's moisture, repositioning fans and continuing to remove house parts that were damaged.
The team was always professional and friendly, texted me in advance of their arrival, and kept us up to date on what they were going to do for the day and what they'd found. We have had SERVPRO now put together an estimate to rebuild it all for us too, and the estimator was out very quickly once we made that call. We've not only been amazed at how thorough the team is, finding things that we never would have guessed were full of water, but also really enjoyed their kind presence that helped calm the storm. We've jokingly said that Patrick is invited for Thanksgiving as long as he doesn't bring a fan!
