During our water damage catastrophe, the only silver lining was our experience with Servpro. Trent came out on a Saturday with his crew and has been here every single day since, working tirelessly to mitigate the damage and make sure everything was fully and properly remedied. Trent has been friendly, honest, and incredibly trustworthy throughout this entire process. Despite the circumstances, his crew kept everything impressively clean and organized, which made a stressful situation feel far more manageable. They were respectful of our home at all times. Our insurance company has been an absolute nightmare to deal with, and Trent has gone to bat for us every step of the way—making sure everything was thoroughly documented so we could stand our ground with insurance. He was also extremely kind to our animals, which meant a lot to us during such a stressful time. I truly can’t say enough good things about Trent, his crew, and this Servpro franchise as a whole. It’s very clear they value their people, and it shows in the care and professionalism they bring to their work. Highly recommend.
