Chris, Samantha, De’Ontae, Ray, and Josh did an amazing job helping our family during a time of need. After water intrusion was discovered they arrived and took great care to not only prevent any further damage to our home, but to provide peace of mind for those there. Additionally, they were careful to protect other areas of the house by removing footwear and carefully navigating tight corners and stairways while carrying debris.

I had a great experience with Chris and Samantha from SERVPRO, who came to move my furniture back and reconnect my washer and dryer. They went above and beyond—cleaning the laundry room floor by sweeping and mopping before putting anything back. They were extremely careful with my home, even placing the disassembled cabinet on moving blankets to protect the brand-new tile. Chris and Samantha also wore booties the entire time to avoid tracking in dirt, which I really appreciated. Both were respectful, pleasant, and very easy to work with. They were even so kind to my dog, giving her lots of pets and attention despite her constantly getting in their way. Overall, truly excellent service—professional, thoughtful, and attentive to detail. Highly recommend
