    Mary Keister-Whitmyer

    Mary Keister-Whitmyer has been with SERVPRO for over 20 years, serving in a dual role as General Manager and Marketing Director. As General Manager, Mary oversees day-to-day operations, ensuring the team delivers exceptional service to every customer. As Marketing Director, she supports her SERVPRO Marketeers and helps educate new customers on the full range of SERVPRO services.

    Mary brings over 33 years of sales and marketing experience to both roles. She lives with her husband and two puppies, and enjoys spending time with her daughter, taking vacations to South Carolina, and visiting her daughter in Texas.

    Kevin Rittenhour

    Kevin serves as Restoration Production Manager, bringing extensive experience in construction, environmental cleaning, and job site leadership. His background includes managing construction projects, leading crews in the field, and ensuring every project is completed safely, efficiently, and with the highest level of quality.

    Born and raised in Doylestown, Ohio, Kevin is a graduate of the University of Akron. He is passionate about helping customers through the restoration process and enjoys being on job sites, supporting his team, and meeting with homeowners to ensure every project exceeds expectations.

    Kevin believes that strong communication, teamwork, and attention to detail are the foundation of successful restoration projects. His hands-on leadership style helps create a positive experience for both customers and team members from start to finish.

    Outside of work, Kevin enjoys spending time with his wife and their two daughters. He and his family also have one dog and two cats. In his free time, Kevin enjoys following Cleveland sports and spending time on the golf course.

    Kevin is committed to delivering the exceptional service and professionalism that customers have come to expect from SERVPRO.

  • Alex Jogerst, team member at SERVPRO of South & East Stark County

    Alex Jogerst

    Alex is the Field Operations Manager for SERVPRO and is IICRC Certified in Water Restoration. He oversees all aspects of assigned restoration jobs and assigned production crews. Alex is one of our first responders after our clients suffer a devastating fire, water, or storm damage. He explains the process of the job to our customers and works hand in hand with our local insurance adjusters.
    Alex is married, has a son and a dog. He loves spending time with all of them camping and boating in the summer months. Alex knows how difficult it can be to have a disaster and therefore he works closely with all his customers and his crew to provide the best, “Like it never even happened,” experience.

    Joe Embrogno

    Joe recently celebrated 15 years at SERVPRO and is IICRC certified in Water Restoration and LEAD. He is a first responder to help our customers that have experienced a fire, water, storm, or mold disaster. He cares about his customers, and he will make sure that when the job is completed that they are confident and satisfied with the work done. He always takes time to answer questions so that customers feel informed and at ease with the process.

    Joe has been married to his wife Jackie for over 10 years. They have four fur babies; Gemma a black pit bull, Reign a blue pit bull, and two cats Vino and Vada. He enjoys being outside during any season whether it is hiking, fishing, camping or snow skiing. If he is on call for work, he will have his family and friends over for a cookout by his firepit making sure to never miss a call.

    Not only is Joe is here to help our customers, but he is helping our crews by training new employees to make sure that each customer is at ease when experiencing a tragedy to their home or business. Joe always has a smile on his face and has a contagious laugh that makes our SERVPRO parties extra fun. He is a great asset to our team and glad that he has been with us for a decade.

    Kaleb Kuligowski

    Kaleb started his career with SERVPRO five years ago as a Crew Technician. His strong work ethic and commitment to learning quickly earned him a promotion to Crew Chief, and he has now advanced to Project Manager. Born and raised in Ohio, Kaleb has grown his career with SERVPRO from the ground up, proving himself at every step. In his current role, he manages restoration projects from start to finish, coordinating teams and ensuring that each job is completed with quality and care.

    David Lamp

    David brings a wealth of experience and hands-on knowledge to his role as Project Manager at SERVPRO. Growing up in the Norton area with a father who has over 30 years in the restoration industry, David has been immersed in the trade from a young age. He began working in restoration during summers in 2016 and transitioned to full-time in 2018, building a strong foundation in handling water, fire, and mold restoration projects.

    David holds multiple IICRC certifications, including WRT, ASD, TCST, and AMRT.

    Outside of work, David enjoys spending time outdoors with his wife, two kids, two dogs, a cat, and even some chickens.

    Julie Workman

    Julie Workman has been a valued member of the SERVPRO team for 25 years, starting as a Territory Account Manager. After seven years as a Sales Account Manager, she transitioned into the role of Social Media and Digital Marketing Manager, where she develops creative and engaging content across LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, Pinterest, Instagram, and YouTube. Today, Julie expertly balances both sales and digital marketing responsibilities, bringing over 20 years of sales and marketing experience to her work.

    A graduate of Denison University, Julie enjoys spending time with family and friends, experiencing live music, and watching sports both in person and on TV. She is a proud mother of two adult children, a dog mom, and happily married.

    Patti Wallick

    Patti is the Marketing Sales Representative for SERVPRO of S&E Stark County for the past five years. She is a graduate of the University of Akron. She has over 18 years of selling and merchandising experience. She has the talent for identifying customer needs and her exceptional follow ups. Her interests include hiking the Stark County Parks, re-purposing old furniture, gardening and when she can sit still Patti enjoys reading.

  • Tracy Myers, team member at SERVPRO of South & East Stark County

    Tracy Myers

    Tracy is the Office Manager for SERVPRO. She oversees the work for all our office employees and ensures they are working productively to meet deadlines and adhere to company standards. She has been with the company for over 24 years and started off as a crew technician then became a fire estimator to now the office manager. She is the “Jack of All Trades” at our SERVPRO franchises. She is IICRC Certified in Water and Fire Restoration.

    Tracy has been with her better half, April, for over 12 years. Her house is filled with several fur babies – Harlee her Rottweiler, Nero her Mastiff and Dusty her “grumpy” cat. She loves watching her pups run around her giant backyard where she enjoys gardening and then creating meals with her fresh vegetables while watching football and UFC/Martial Arts.

    When we asked Tracy, what her favorite experience is at SERVPRO, her response is getting together at the company appreciation parties. Tracy has been an essential part of our “SERVPRO Family” where she has helped tons of customers and has taught countless new employees. Her vast knowledge and decades of experience helps make our SERVPRO so successful.

    Kathy Haslam

    Kathy Haslam is the Office Administrator at SERVPRO. She tends to all office related tasks, customer intake calls and assists other staff members in all other aspects of the business. Kathy is the voice you hear when you call our SERVPRO. She did work as a Fire Crew Chief several years ago, so she is knowledgeable when it comes to answering customers questions about our industry. After hours you will find Kathy camping her husband, John, of 29 years and their dog Buddy. She has a son and daughter in law that she enjoys spending time with on the weekends.

In 2000, Laurie Kolenz, purchased the franchise SERVPRO of S&E Stark County.  Laurie joined her dad, John Caveney, who owned SERVPRO of West Akron and sister, Maureen Gentile, owner of SERVPRO of Northwest Stark County. In March of 2017, John passed away making his daughters Maureen and Laurie owners of all three franchises.
