We experienced a severe leak caused by a burst pipe in my kitchen. Serv pro responded speedily and professionally. Because of how quickly they responded and the excellent customer service, we avoided having to deal with any mold. They coordinated directly with the insurance company. ServPro has been exceptional. We had a massive pipe leak in our home, damaging two full floors. Greg arrived at our house around 4am to immediately help with water removal and came to our house every day for a week to make sure all next steps were taken to prevent further damage. Kevin then walked us through each step of the reconstruction and has been wonderful. We are beyond grateful and impressed by Greg, Kevin and the entire ServPro team. They have been lifesavers in a very challenging situation.
