At SERVPRO of Tarrytown/Elmsford, we understand the many home and business owners throughout Westchester and the surrounding areas that depend on our fast response and experience under pressure to return their property to its original condition. Our Certified Firm status requires that we hold the necessary individual certifications and follow the IICRC's ethical standards in performing property damage restoration.

Servpro did an amazing job with the cleanup of the sewage leak into my foundation. They were incredibly professional and meticulous with the cleanup. This was a major effort and they were fabulous. I need to call out the team of Henry, Jorge, Sanaah, Richard, Victoria and Anthony that worked the entire week to remedy the problem. I highly recommend them for this service. I have included a before and after picture. They pumped out 1200 gallons of sewage and performed an amazing cleanup and disinfection process.
Very neat and tidy! Also efficient and effective. Henry and Jorge were kind and got the job done quickly. They explained what the situation was as well which was helpful.
After a leak from upstairs, Servpro was there the next day to help prevent the water damage from turning into a much larger issue. They also did the demolition of the ceiling after their dryer process. The whole team (Henry, Jorge, Sannah, Victor and Nick) were very knowledgeable and pleasant throughout the whole experience. While I hope to never need their emergency service again, I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone facing a similar water damage incident.
