Samir at Serve Pro arrived at my house after I experienced a horrible water leak that did a lot of damage I was in such a mess. He put me at ease. He is excellent the way he handled the situation. I would definitely refer him to anyone that’s in need of his services. And Harold Diaz was amazing him and his crew did an excellent job ! From start to finish. They were neat, clean, respectful. Very pleasant people a pleasure having them in my house. And they worked very hard and did an excellent job . They left my house already for the next level of rebuilding Thank you guys !!!!

I hired ServePro to handle the cleanup of a truly horrific property that was contaminated throughout. The situation was overwhelming, and we genuinely believed the home was a total loss, beyond saving. When you suffer a disaster and Elvis Gonzalez of SERVPRO Southwest Brooklyn shows up, you know you’re going to be saved. That was my experience last Sunday after a flood in my apartment. The water damaged the doctor’s office below me and they were smart enough to call SERVPRO. Elvis showed up Monday morning to identify the source of the flood and within minutes he was on the phone with my insurance adjuster (luckily, SERVPRO is an authorized service provider for my insurance company). The cleanup was approved and Elvis came back almost instantly with Nick who quietly and strategically placed equipment around the room to begin drying out my saturated carpeting. Two days later Elvis returned for a progress check, followed by Nick and Harold who made quick work of helping me move furniture out of the room so they could remove the carpeting and padding. They left additional equipment to dry the wood floor, which by Friday was done. Nick and Adrian returned with the amazing Elvis to remove the equipment, and left my rooms clean and the problem neutralized. I am so impressed and beyond grateful for the service and the teams from SERVPRO of southwest Brooklyn. I hope you never need their help, but if you do, don’t hesitate to call SERVPRO. Juan and his team are truly the best. When it comes to tragedies such as house fires, the last thing you have the mental capacity to deal with is the cleaning and restoration of your home and belongings. Juan showed up once it was safe to enter the home and immediately began working with his team to have the home secured and worked diligently with our insurance company throughout the entire process. It’s not an exaggeration when I say that Juan and his team went above and beyond to make us feel reassured and less anxious during such a scary time!
