Not enough can be said about Servpro of Peekskill. One of those things you hope you never need, but if you ever do need you just want to be glad you make the right decision. I unfortunately suffered a large flood and Servpro truly were a shining light through the whole ordeal. They were prompt to respond with people on the scene starting with mitigation within hours of the event. As you look upon the destruction in disbelief and with just a total feeling of being lost and overwhelmed, there was an almost calm that set it when the team first arrived. All the fears of not even knowing where to start, begin to slowly ease up as you see the team get to work and truly make light work of what once seemed daunting. The site managers were incredibly manageable and were able to, in very simple terms, walk me through exactly what would happen and what steps to take. They helped me understand the insurance process and really walked me through the process while the team diligently worked through my house. Turn around rate was incredibly fast and I felt safe and in good hands returning home. What happens during a natural disaster is the stuff of nightmares, and Gary/Rob and the rest of the team at Servpro were there to get us through.
