Meet Our Team

Laura is from Middletown, NY. She is one of the owners of SERVPRO of Orange, Sullivan & S. Ulster Counties. Laura has been working at SERVPRO for what seems forever being that she was born into the business with her parents being the previous owners. Laura oversees the day-to-day administrative staff and management staff for all emergency services. She handles everyone with care and respect. She treats homeowner’s homes like they are her own and considers everything. Laura is ready to help people 24/7 365.

Brittany is from Middletown, NY. She is an owner alongside her sister Laura and the Marketing Manager here at SERVPRO of Orange, Sullivan & S. Ulster Counties. Together they were born and raised in this business. Brittany has been working at SERVPRO her whole life. She oversees the administrative work and the marketing department. Brittany is out making sure that people know SERVPRO, what we do, and that we are here to help. Brittany is outgoing and respectful. She handles everyone with care. Brittany constantly supports any business and their events at any chance she gets.

Rita is from Philadelphia, PA but currently resides in Middletown, NY. Rita is an Administrative Assistant at SERVPRO of Orange, Sullivan, & S. Ulster Counties. Rita helps the Accounting Department, mailing invoices, and handling phone calls. Rita is here to lend a helping hand wherever needed. She is also the SERVPRO Cookie Lady. She makes over 5,000 cookies every December to hand out to our amazing clients and customers!

Lindsay is the Office Manager at SERVPRO Team Johnson and has been a valued member of the team since January 2024. She keeps the office running smoothly and is always incredibly helpful to both the team and customers. Lindsay’s positive attitude and willingness to help make her an essential part of the SERVPRO Team Johnson family.

Nick, our Operations Manager, is from Rochester, NY but has resided in Maybrook, NY for a few years. He has been at SERVPRO of Orange, Sullivan & S. Ulster Counties since March 2018. Before SERVPRO, he had experience with contracting.

Mishel is our Administrative Assistant at SERVPRO Team Johnson and joined the team in October 2024. Since starting, she has been a great addition to the office, helping keep daily operations organized and running smoothly. Mishel is always willing to lend a hand.

Bryanna is originally from The Bronx, NY and later moved to Newburgh, NY. She is the Marketing Support Coordinator at SERVPRO of Orange, Sullivan & S. Ulster Counties, a role she began in May 2022 after graduating from the University at Albany with a bachelor’s degree in Business Marketing & Finance. Bryanna manages and contributes to the company’s social media platforms and website, and is passionate about helping others and raising awareness of SERVPRO’s services.

Daniela was born in Colombia and has spent most of her life living in New York. She joined SERVPRO of Orange, Sullivan & S. Ulster Counties in August 2022 and serves as our Fire Production Coordinator. With years of customer service experience, Daniela approaches every situation with compassion and respect, especially when helping customers through difficult times. She is also bilingual, which allows her to better assist our Spanish-speaking customers and help make it “Like it never even happened!”

Juan is our Assistant Mitigation Project Manager at SERVPRO Team Johnson. He joined the team in May 2023 as a Production Technician and quickly proved his dedication and strong work ethic, earning a promotion. Juan is now IICRC WRT certified and plays an important role in helping manage the water damage jobs we receive, ensuring our customers get the support they need when it matters most.

CJ is an Assistant Mitigation Project Manager at SERVPRO Team Johnson who joined our team in September 2025. He is IICRC WRT certified and works alongside Juan to help manage water damage jobs. CJ plays an important role in ensuring our mitigation projects run smoothly and that customers receive the support they need during challenging situations.

James is a Mitigation Project Manager at SERVPRO Team Johnson who joined the team in July 2024, bringing valuable experience from his previous role. He is IICRC WRT certified and manages the majority of our mold remediation jobs, ensuring each project is handled efficiently and professionally. James’s expertise and attention to detail make him a key part of our mitigation team.

Emili is an Assistant Mitigation Project Manager at SERVPRO Team Johnson who joined the team in April 2024. She began as a Production Technician and earned a promotion thanks to her strong work ethic and dedication. Emili primarily manages fire damage projects, ensuring each job is handled efficiently and professionally.

Scott is our Senior Job File Coordinator at SERVPRO Team Johnson, joining the team in March 2025. He holds IICRC WRT and FSRT certifications, is a NYS DOL Mold Supervisor, Xactimate Level 2 Certified, and a HAAG Certified Residential Reviewer (Level 1). Scott’s expertise ensures our projects are documented and managed accurately, making him an essential part of our team.

Brian is from Montgomery, NY. He is a Lead Carpenter in the Construction Office at SERVPRO of Orange, Sullivan & S. Ulster Counties. Brian helps complete the work after an emergency happens in someone's home or business. Brian is patient and makes sure to meet the customers' needs. It’ll be “Like it never even happened” once our reconstruction team has handled the job!

Jessica is our Construction Coordinator at SERVPRO Team Johnson and joined the team in July 2025. She brings years of experience to the role and plays an important part in keeping our reconstruction projects organized and running smoothly. Jessica’s knowledge and dedication make her a valuable member of our team.

Ryan is from Brooklyn, NY but has been residing in New Hampton, NY for quite some time. He is a Project Estimator in our Construction Department here at SERVPRO of Orange, Sullivan & S. Ulster Counties. Ryan has been with us since February 2022 but previously managed his own landscaping company. He is patient and shows care to the customers. It’ll be “Like it never even happened” once our reconstruction team has handled the job!

Patricio, or Pat as we know him, is originally from Mexico and has been living in Middletown, NY for many years. He has been a Production Technician at SERVPRO of Orange, Sullivan & S. Ulster Counties since February 2005 and brings extensive experience to the team. Fully trained to handle a wide range of emergency services, Pat has also assisted with our reconstruction division, making him a valuable and versatile member of the SERVPRO family.
