What our
customers are saying
The service experience was straightforward and well managed. The crew from SERVPRO of Lower East Side Manhattan arrived ready to assess the situation and clearly explained the work that needed to be completed. They were polite, responsive, and careful around the property. I also appreciated that communication did not stop after the initial visit and that we stayed informed as the work moved forward.
Thanks so much it's been an awesome experience so far. Mr James Martinez project manager was very responsive in customer service and willing to take and answer my families' calls or texts at any time; even after business hrs, he is a very hard worker!! When we needed the information the most James was there!!! And the removal service workers were A1, 7 STARS WHO GOT ALL THE ITEMS OUT OUR BASEMENT IN JUST A FEW HOURS OR LESS THAN ONE DAY! I FIND THAT VERY COMMENDABLE!!! THANK YOU SERV PRO!!!!
Frank and his team arrived at my home within an hour. They worked quickly, kept everything tidy, and maintained a high level of professionalism throughout. I would definitely recommend their services!
These guys were awesome. They came when they said they would during a time where they were getting call after call for frozen pipe damage. Super professional and friendly. Repairs came out great. I highly recommend them
They were extremely thorough in their mold treatment process, which allayed my worries about mold following some recent breaches. Before departing, the team ensured that the issue was fully resolved in a professional manner.
Our living room ceiling was soaked wet due to storm damage. The team arrived promptly and conducted a thorough situation assessment. Without any drama, they took care of the repairs and cleanup.
SERVPRO of Manhattan's Lower East Side came to our aid when our unit had water damage. They were prompt in their arrival, productive, and thorough in their explanations. The crew was kind and professional, and they left the area immaculate. I'm so appreciative of their wonderful work and relieved.

We called for assistance right away after finding mold behind a wall in our laundry room. They provided excellent mold remediation services. They guided us through every step, kept everything under control, and left the area immaculate. They were extremely careful around our children and pets, which we really appreciated.
