I cannot recommend Servpro of Long Beach/Oceanside enough for their exceptional water damage repair. The team of Servpro with Eddie LaChapell & Matias Garcia turned a stressful disaster into a seamless repair service. They both explained the process involved, including the repair plan & timeline. The work ethics of their team is above reproach. They came on time, were respectful of home and above all their work was excellent & you would never know that we had water damage as the area looks better than before. A special shoutout to Matias Garcia and his team headed by Jose and Melvin. Matias made a stressful situation much easier. I would definitely use them again, though I hope I never have to.

If you are lucky enough to have Eddie and Matias service your home you are in the best hands in the business. We had severe water damage after a sprinkler pipe broke in our one bedroom apartment. Eddie and Matias were responsive, punctual, knowledgeable and respectful. We would not have been able to get through this without their support and hard work. Matias did weekly checkins and Eddie would always manage to deliver everything we needed. It almost felt as if we were there only project even when they were really busy. The finished product looked better than we ever could have expected. Servpro is first class and we could not be more happy to have them in our corner.

We needed floor replacement, painting, furniture and carpet cleaning, kitchen work etc after flooding in our apartment due to pipe burst. Matthias and his crew handled everything expertly and were infinitely patient with all our requests and needs. They found solutions to every problem which arose and went out of their way to deal with every issue raised. I couldn’t be more pleased with the service we received from Servpro after our water back up. Every member of the team was courteous, efficient and friendly. They were very respectful of our property and took care when removing molding so as not to damage anything. They continued to check humidity levels through the process to make sure everything was dry. The communication was great and appointments were timely.
