On Saturday, a hot water pipe burst in my brother-in-law‘s apartment. Glen Oaks called Servpro, and they were there within hours. Edwin and Brian were very efficient and professional. They answered a lot of questions. My husband and I have been in contact with Tim, and are very pleased with the handling of this situation, so far. We highly recommend Servpro! ADDENDUM The following Monday, the remediation crew was back, and consisted of Mel, Gabriel, and Keiry. Tim was on site, and supervised their excellent work. By the end of the day, all of the wet and damaged furniture, and other items, were removed. Dehumidifiers were set up, and Tim checked for moisture for several days.
