We recently used Servpro to clean, vacuum, and disinfect our basement following a sewage flood, and the entire experience was top-tier from start to finish. During the estimate phase, Tim was great to work with. He was extremely flexible with scheduling, always eager to answer our questions, and made sure we got an accurate quote tailored to what we needed. On the day of the job, Tim arrived on-site with his crew members to review the scope of work with us. The crew did an outstanding job. They were exceptionally professional, incredibly thorough, and went above and beyond to ensure every area could be properly cleaned and disinfected. They were also very mindful of our home, taking the time to cover their work areas so the rest of the house stayed completely clean throughout the process. I highly recommend them to anyone in need of restoration or deep cleaning services!

On Saturday, a hot water pipe burst in my brother-in-law‘s apartment. Glen Oaks called Servpro, and they were there within hours. Edwin and Brian were very efficient and professional. They answered a lot of questions. My husband and I have been in contact with Tim, and are very pleased with the handling of this situation, so far. We highly recommend Servpro! ADDENDUM The following Monday, the remediation crew was back, and consisted of Mel, Gabriel, and Keiry. Tim was on site, and supervised their excellent work. By the end of the day, all of the wet and damaged furniture, and other items, were removed. Dehumidifiers were set up, and Tim checked for moisture for several days. We will be recommending Servpro to family and friends, if needed. Our sincerest thanks!
