SERVPRO came immediately on Easter Sunday when my mom’s apartment flooded, and we couldn’t be more grateful. Steve and his team were exceptional from start to finish. They quickly remediated the water damage, salvaged and carefully packed what furniture could be saved, removed warped wood floors and carpet, and completely rebuilt the apartment. The final result is even better than it was before the flood. I would wholeheartedly recommend Steve and SERVPRO again and again.

Devin came to asses and brought kindness and calm to the situation.. Devin’s “crew” under his direction was amazing taking the ceiling down and cleaning up after the condo maintenance opened it up Servpro Crew setting up the “tent” and dehumidifier n fans and removing and cleaning up was quick and simple. Devin kept in contact and met with my Travelers adjuster ..both to work out what is best for the client

Paul and his team were so lovely to work with. Excellent communication around next steps and what to expect, which was so helpful in planning around our three kids, two cats, and one dog throughout construction. Paul was so responsive and easy to reach, always available to take care of any of our concerns. He made what could have been a very stressful situation feel as seamless and painless as possible! After a relaxing vacation I came home to find that my laundry room had a flood. It didn’t look that bad, but knowing that the floor was affected I contacted my insurance company. I was dreading the next few months with what the process would be. Insurance company reached out to Servepro and from the on, I felt at ease. Ahran, from Servepro contacted me and was at my home later that evening. He was professional, very thorough and explained the entire process. Thru out the next week his team cleaned out that room, took up what was left of the floor and had the fans and air mats laid out to ensure the area was dried properly. Ahran had concern about the hallway outside that room and due to his attention to detail, it was determined that flooring also had to be repaired and it was covered by insurance as well. What should have been a stressful experience, wasn't. Ahran was always available to answer questions and ensured that everything was documented properly for the insurance company. Every process was explained and a timeline given and upheld. I couldn't be more thankful to him and his team! I highly recommend them!

I was told by a visitor who came into my basement that I have toxic black mold there. I went on line looking to get experts to my basement and was able to get someone from Servproeastmeadowwestbury there within less than 24 hours. I was expecting to get robbed by this company to charge me an arm and a leg. Fortunately, Tyler from Servpro showed up at my house and looked through every part of my basement. Tyler informed me that he did not find any mold in my basement and that there is no need to do anything. Tyler did not charge me any money to come do this inspection. I was so relieved. If I ever need to hire a company for any cleanup or restoration problem, I will only call Servpro. I'm proud of my integrity, which isn't seen in society that much any more, but Tyler and Servpro have integrity too, which I must let everyone else know about too. I can only leave a five star review, but if I could have left a fifty star review I would have given them at least ten thousand stars. NICK BURFORD is a Truly Professional Electrician who provided me with Fast, Emergency Electrical Assistance and Service. The situation at my Apartment in Manhattan was unexpected and uniquely difficult, requiring speed, knowledge and certainty. “ARSDKELECTRIC” (.Com) is a Top Flight, Highly Experienced, Generationally & Family owned Master Electrician’s Service Company. (* Unfortunately, the Google Review Options do NOT List Electric Services. So I am ‘Listing’ it in my Review here.) Briefly, I owned a Cooperative that I was selling. The owner I purchased it from over 20 years ago had reconfigured the Unit, moving the Kitchen to create a walk in closet with a large additional alcove. When he did this, he only Capped the Main Gas Line without attaching a “Cut Off Valve”. When the owner moved the Kitchen he used top quality electric Cooktop instead of running a new gas line to the new location for a gas Range. For 20 years I assumed it was very simple to just reconnect the Gas Line to the New Gas Range I had already bought. This would have been relatively easy 10-20 years ago. However, these days… It is a nightmare to do. Requiring City Permits, shutting down the entire building’s Gas Risers and far more. Bottom Line, I needed a new, Real Electric Range. This required a lot of highly technical work in order to meet Standards, provide enough Amps and pass Inspection for the new buyer. Time was of the essence. Suffice it to say that Nick worked for 12 hours straight into the Night, returning the next morning to be certain that all Systems were even better and above standards.
