Angela is our Office Manager and Human Resource Administrator here at SERVPRO of Clifton Park & Southern Saratoga County. She has been with our franchise for 8 years.

Angela has over 20+ years’ experience in customer service and has a Degree Certification in Computer System Management as well as being water certified through the IICRC.

Outside of work Angela enjoys spending time with her family and volunteering in the community.

Emily is the Senior Auditor here at SERVPRO of Clifton Park & Southern Saratoga County. She has been with our franchise for 3 years. Her job responsibilities include keeping all files and documentation for all claims organized for the customers and the insurance companies. Emily always has a smile on her face no matter what task she is doing.

She has several years’ experience in customer service and office work.

In her free time, Emily enjoys spending time with her children and her fiancé.

Grace is our Dispatch & Receptionist here at SERVPRO of Clifton Park & Southern Saratoga County. She has been with our franchise for a year.
Grace has experience in customer service and office relations. Grace has a positive and friendly approach to our customers' needs and continues to apply her positive personality with everyone she comes in contact with. We are happy to have her as part of our SERVPRO^®;; team and look forward to seeing her continue to bloom.
Outside of work Grace enjoys spending her free time traveling and she enjoys reading.

Sam is a Job File Coordinator here at SERVPRO of Clifton Park & Southern Saratoga County. She has been with our franchise with 6 months. Her responsibilities include putting together estimates and keeping files organized. Sam has a positive attitude toward everything that comes her way and is always eager to help. We are excited to have Sam part of the team here.

Outside of SERVPRO Sam loves to go to the gym, hang out with her boyfriend and friends, and be with her dogs.

Carl is the Operations Manager here at SERVPRO of Clifton Park & Southern Saratoga County. Carl has been a dedicated member of our team for 13 years. With those 13 years of experience Carl is responsible for managing the mitigation and restoration department. He manages all projects from start to finish. He and his team are always focused on quality work and our client’s satisfaction.

Carl is certified through the Institute of Inspection Cleaning and Restoration Certification (IICRC) in Water Remediation, Fire Remediation, as well as Trauma and Biohazard Remediation. Carl is also certified in Advanced Structural Drying (ASD). Carl is also certified through the New York Department of Health Mold Programs as a Mold Abatement Supervisor.

In his free time, Carl enjoys spending time with his children, grandchildren, and cheering on the Washington Commanders.

Jake is our Construction Manager here at SERVPRO of Clifton Park & Southern Saratoga County. He has been with us for 3 years. He is responsible for our entire reconstruction division and handling all our customers reconstruction needs.

Jake has over 20 years’ experience in the construction industry as well as experience several years’ experience in management.

In his free time, Jake enjoys spending time with his family, hunting, and working on his truck.

Nick is a Restoration Manager here at SERVPRO of Clifton Park & Southern Saratoga Counties.

Nick has completed our rigorous SERVPRO Employee Certification Training Program. This training also emphasizes listening skills, customer service, and exceeding our customers’ expectations. Nick is certified through the Institute of Inspection Cleaning and Restoration Certification (IICRC) in Water Remediation, Trauma and Biohazard, and Fire Remediation. He is also certified through the New York Department of Health Mold Programs as a Mold Abatement Supervisor.

In Nick's free time, he loves spending time with his children and wife, cheering on the bills, and being with his friends.

Atrael is a Restoration Manager here at SERVPRO of Clifton Park & Southern Saratoga County. Atrael has been with our franchise for three years.

Atrael has several years’ experience in the construction industry. He has completed our rigorous SERVPRO Employee Certification Training Program. He has also been certified through the Institute of Inspection Cleaning and Restoration Certification (IICRC) in Water Remediation and Fire Restoration. Atrael is also certified though NY State Department of Health Mold Program as a Mold Abatement Supervisor.

When he is not at work, Atrael enjoys spending time with his children & girlfriend, golfing, and watching football.

Jeremy is a Restoration Supervisor here at SERVPRO of Clifton Park & Southern Saratoga County. Jeremy has been with our franchise for over three years.

Jeremy has several years’ experience in management and customer service. He has completed our rigorous SERVPRO Employee Certification Training Program. Jeremy is certified through the Institute of Inspection Cleaning and Restoration Certification (IICRC) in Water Remediation and Fire Remediation. Jeremy is also certified through NY State Department of Health Mold Program as a Mold Abatement Supervisor.

When he is not at work, Jeremy enjoys spending time with friends and family, hunting, and cheering on the Eagles.

Robert is a Restoration Supervisor here at SERVPRO of Clifton Park & Southern Washington County. Robert has been with us for over two years.

Robert has completed our rigorous SERVPRO Employee Certification Training Program. This training also emphasizes listening skills, customer service, and exceeding our customers’ expectations. Robert is certified through the Institute of Inspection Cleaning and Restoration Certification (IICRC) in Water Remediation and Fire Remediation. He is also certified through the New York Department of Health Mold Programs as a Mold Abatement Supervisor.

She has completed our rigorous SERVPRO Employee Certification Training Program, she is well versed in advanced cleaning and restoration techniques, the use of our state-of-the-art equipment and exceeding our customers’ expectations. Stacey is also NY State Mold Certified. She is also certified through the Institute of Inspection Cleaning and Restoration Certification (IICRC) in Water Remediation.
