The actual crew (Jake, Andrii, Omar) who came to the house were all amazing and went above and beyond, especially Jake! Communication from the office staff, not so much. Having never been through flooding before, I am not at all a fan of getting work done first and then finding out the cost after. It’s been a week and still have absolutely no idea how much anything is.
