My experience with the restoration work after the broken pipe and the flooding of three floors that followed at my church, was exceptional. Jared Raimo and his crew were friendly and did outstanding work. As it always seems to happen there were unexpected issues that arose. Jared took it in stride, and he and his crew maneuvered thru those issues with ease. Jared was a joy to work with. He kept me informed with texts and pictures as the work progressed. He answered my question even after hours. These types of disasters are never easy, but Jared, with is calm demeanor and exceptional craftsmanship made me realize we were in good hands. Our roof leaked from ice and snow issues this winter. This created an issue and water damage to our ceiling in our main hallway and entrance to downstairs basement. Crystal and the team at ServPro were extremely responsive. They were able to visit our home to review the damages and set up a contractor to do the repairs. The contractor was great to work with and Crystal came by to check that everything was done to our satisfaction. I would highly recommend them for water damage issues you may be dealing with.
