I had a fire in my house, SERVPRO came the next day, packed, cleaned, stored my things for two years, and billed my insurance...all without a problem.
Issac from SERVPRO cleaned our carpets today. Very friendly and was extremely through with the carpet cleaning. Our little dog likes to sneak to the carpet area upstairs and leave us a surprise every once in a while. After Issac finished cleaning, our house is back to looking and smelling clean and fresh!
Angie and her team were amazing! Alex and Angie helped find my Vera Bradley bag and it was salvageable!!! My husband bought me that for Christmas last year:) They also made sure my sentimental ox cart from Costa Rica was safe! This is so important to me because both my Dad and Grandpa have passed away and we got this when I was child and we all went to Costa Rica! SERVPRO made this entire disaster not so bad from my first call to this clean up process!!!!

SERVPRO got to us quickly and was very professional. They cleaned up the water damage and sewer backup and cleaned our basement area after it dried out. The technicians could not have been more professional. I do not know what we would have done without SERVPRO
I had water in the basement. I tried drying it up myself first but needed to call SERVPRO after talking to my insurance company. They were out the next day with fans and even did the construction work on the drywall repairs. Very happy with the service.
