Great company to deal with, everything was put back to the way it was before the water damaged my kitchen and bathroom, actually, it's a lot nicer!  From when I called everyone was so nice, they told me they would work with my insurance co. directly.  They came out right after I called them and started drying everything up. They were so nice.  Thank you  so much to the SERVPRO Team for all of your help.

So the other day I had a flood in my house which was pretty devastating for me. I had no clue who to call and the steps to clean up the water. My neighbor came over with a shopvac and started to help me suck the water out but we soon realized it was too much for us to handle. My neighbor recommended me to call SERVPRO because he has used the company previously at his house when his basement flooded! The next morning I had a crew at my house helping me through the process. Joe and his crew were very professional and helpful. I felt comfortable with the crew at my house, and was very confident that they knew what to do. I'm grateful that my neighbor recommended me to SERVPRO. Because of their quick response and attentiveness to my needs I will highly recommend them to all of my friends and family. 10/10 excellent service!

The team from SERVPRO of Woodbury Deptford saved the day not once but twice. After terrible rain storms my basement flooded for the first time ever and the SERVPRO team were there promptly to help us clean the water damage and mess. They were polite, trustworthy and professional. A year later we had another flood and without hesitation I called SERVPRO again and once again it was like the flood never happened. Last week, I had a pipe break behind the wall in my kitchen (around 5pm). The entire 1st floor of my house ended up with an inch to two inches of water. I called my homeowner's to file a claim. They partner with SERVPRO for remediation. They called SERVPRO for me and said SERVPRO would call me back within the hour. About 15 minutes later, they called. I explained what happened and what the state of my 1st floor was. They explained that at this point, there wasn't much they could do to mitigate the damage but that they would be out the next morning no later than 9am. The next morning, I get a call from Joe letting me know they were on the way (they were there before 9am). Joe was OUTSTANDING. He sat down with me, explained the entire process, spoke with our adjuster, got the approval, and got right to work with his partner, James. I can't say enough good things about SERVPRO and Joe, especially. They did an outstanding job and worked quickly. I was so impressed that I decided to continue using SERVPRO's construction division to handle the repairs of my first floor. Jody met with me on my schedule, coming out at almost 6pm on a weeknight because I wasn't able to work from home anymore. I told him what my adjuster was estimating for the repairs, told him what I'd like to do, and he took it from there. Jody and Joe, both, have been nothing but accommodating, professional, and polite. If anyone I know is looking for a company to handle damage remediation and/or reconstruction, I will recommend this branch of SERVPRO ALL DAY LONG!

I would definitely recommend this company to anyone that may have the unfortunate circumstance to need them. They really did help make things right for me and my family at a trying time. The men they sent out were dressed well and professional, and very nice. They couldn't have been more helpful. I had damaged items restored, i.e. clothes, and bed linens. We went away on vacation and when we returned home, we discovered that our hot water heater had blown. We had no idea what to do or who to call. A good friend suggested we call SERVPRO of Woodbury/Deptford so we did. I am happy to report that they sent a crew right out to start cleaning up the mess. They spent hours sucking up the water and moving our furniture. Then they placed big dehumidifiers and air movers. They came back each day to check on the drying process. They took lots of pictures and helped us through the whole process. The basement has not looked this good in twenty years. I cannot begin to thank them enough for all they did for us. I would recommend SERVPRO of Woodbury/Deptford to anyone I know.
