Missy is very excited to join the team at SERVPRO of Wayne as Sales and Marketing Representative. You can reach Missy 24/7 at her cell (201)874-0927. Missy brings her 15 years’ experience as an Allstate Operations Manager to help our clients and customers navigate the uncertainties of fire and water loss emergencies. Applying her extensive contacts, knowledge, and experiences in property, casualty, life, and health insurance industry, we know Missy will exceed our client and customer expectations as they navigate the stresses of water and fire damage to home and businesses.

Though Missy already brings with her a wealth of knowledge, she is also actively expanding her expertise through SERVPRO’s HeroReady Training Program, developing technical knowledge from carpet cleaning to mold remediation, along with fire and water damage restoration. Missy’s community involvement includes participation in numerous organizations--several Chambers of Commerce, and the Young Professionals--and personal pursuits like horse rescue, animal shelter volunteering, and her local church activities.

Missy resides in Mount Olive with her husband and young son, Benji, and their family dog, Diamond. Her hobbies include fishing and spending quality time on the family farm.

Bill is a Crew Chief at SERVPRO of Wayne since 2018, though he has worked within the SERVPRO system since 2005. He has vast experience in many restorative skills throughout his years with us. Included among them, ASD applied structural drying, AMRT applied microbial remediation (mold), FSRT fire and smoke damage restoration, and WRT water restoration He sets the tone for our crews to meet scheduled completions and satisfy our customers. Bill was in the Army Military Police for 5-years and is a member of American Legion Post 0245 Lake Hopatcong. Bill resides in Budd Lake and his hobbies in Genealogy, visiting historical museums and traveling.

Carl is a Production Supervisor at SERVPRO of Wayne since 2018. He is WRT water restoration technician certified and brings with him to our business experience in the building trades. Carl has over 4 -years of experience in house painting, construction, and another 3-years in pest control services. He resides in Budd Lake with his wife and three kids, and he is involved in children's' sports-mainly baseball and soccer.

Freddy has been a mainstay at SERVPRO of Wayne since 2015, though he has restoration industry experience dating back to 2003. As a Production Supervisor, he leads the way and is certified by the IICRC in water WRT, fire FSRT, OSHA, Upholstery Cleaning, and has his ECTP. Freddy resides in Ledgewood, NJ and has been involved in many home projects. He is connected with Mercedes Benz New Jersey United Club, and in his free time, he loves to work on motorcycles and cars. But when he is at work, Freddy is all business.

Tito is a Production Technician at SERVPRO of Wayne since 2015, but he has more years of experience in our industry. Tito is IICRC certified in water and fire damage restoration along with our in-house ECTP training. He is a demolition expert and is ready to work hard, all the time. Tito enjoys going to concerts, grilling on weekends, and always ready to watch Barcelona Soccer.

Amilcar is a Production Technician at SERVPRO of Wayne since 2019. He has two years of experience in the demolition trade which he can carry over, when needed, with our company. Amilcar loves to grill on weekends and spend time with his family.

David joined his and our family at SERVPRO of Wayne in 2018. He is a Production Technician and has a great work ethic. He works well, and he is always willing to help as shown by his community volunteer service in his hometown of Morristown. When not working or volunteering, he enjoys earning to repair cars, Making Beats in the studio, and working out in the gym.
