    Paul has been a part of our team for over 10 years. He brings many years of construction and remediation experience to SERVPRO. His background in construction and customer service have made him into an expert in project management. Paul is IICRC certified in the following areas: SRT-Fire and Smoke Damage, WRT-Water Damage and ASD-Applied Structural Drying.

Ever Melendez of Serv Pro Team Fox Waldwick NJ did a great job. After a sprinkler system popped next door and filtered water onto my ground floor I was facing a huge problem. The two units next door were totally destroyed by massive water from the sprinkler. Ever Melendez , Field Manager and his crew worked tirelessly to mitigate the damage across all effected units. The remediation process was incredibly thorough. Every single piece of impacted wall, ceiling, and flooring had to be removed, but the crew handled the demolition, clean up, and disinfection seamlessly. They utilized precise, professional techniques and top-tier equipment, including a strategic layout of high-powered dryers that they monitored closely both before and after. What could have been a highly stressful experience was made incredibly smooth and pleasant thanks to Ever’s leadership. His exceptional professionalism gave me complete confidence every step of the way. Thanks to their hard work, my place is now perfectly clean, completely dry, and ready for renovations.
