Brian Mazzone is our Operations Manager here at SERVPRO of Morristown. Brian has been with SERVPRO for nearly 10 years and is IICRC certified in Water Damage Restoration, Applied Structural Drying, and Fire & Smoke Restoration. He’s also a Certified Asbestos Abatement Site Supervisor. As Operations Manager, Brian handles a wide variety of tasks from production to estimating. Brian has an extensive background in the insurance industry and is well-versed in helping customers through the claims process. Brian is known for his team-player attitude and willingness to go above and beyond for our customers. #TEAMLUZZI

Mariah Miklus joined Team Luzzi in 2019 as the Executive Assistant to the CEO, and has been growing with the company ever since. She has since taken on the role of HR Coordinator and Office Manager. With her can-do attitude and drive to provide the best service possible to our customers, Mariah is an important part of #TEAMLUZZI

Emily joined Team Luzzi in 2019 as an Internet Marketing Coordinator and is now our Marketing Manager, overseeing both sales and digital marketing. Her goal is to help ensure our clients and customers get the best service possible and showcase how SERVPRO #TEAMLUZZI is truly always Here to Help!

As a Commercial Sales Marketing Representative for SERVPRO of Morristown, Cathy Finlayson provides peace of mind to her clients. She is prepared with her team 24 hours a day, 7 days a week as an emergency response worker. Cathy has been in the restoration business for over 20 years and is IICRC Certified in both fire & water damage restoration, mold remediation, and is and Advanced Systems Drying certification holder. #TEAMLUZZI

Arnt Rickardsen is a crew chief at SERVPRO of Morristown, he has been on our team for over 2 years. #TEAMLUZZI

Doug is one of our Project Managers, and has been in the industry for over 10 years. He is IICRC Certified, and has all the experience needed to expertly inspect your property when it comes to water damage, fire damage or mold.

Jose has been with Team Luzzi for many years, and was promoted to Project Manager in 2021 after coming on as a Technician and then Crew Chief. With years of hands-on experience, Jose has all the training required to fully inspect your property and create a plan for restoration.

Nila has been with Team Luzzi for over 5 years, and is our Corporate Estimator and IT manager. He works hard to make sure that everything is in line to submit to insurance companies. He is an essential part of our team!

Tony is one of our Project Managers at SERVPRO Team Luzzi, regarded as one of our mold experts. Tony has been with the company for over 3 years and works hard to make the restoration process as simple as possible for our customers.
