My name is Michele. Issac and Josh the technician at serv pro and their team was exceptional with cleaning and customer service. They were very nice to explain and did very detailed work and did an amazing hard working job cleaning and using air purification systems on the apartment. The team is very kind very caring and went above and beyond to help me. They explained serv pro services in a very detailed manner and all the options for cleaners for the cleaning of my apartment. I would highly recommend Josh and his team and serv pro of montclair. They assisted me in an emergency where too much pesticides were used in my apartment and they explained all the options of cleaning with safe cleaners. We dealt mainly with Mike and Jim who know everything about everything when it comes to remediation and repair/construction. We had an extensive water damage situation. These guys were unflappable, communicated clearly, brought creative ideas to the table, had excellent teams and relentlessly worked to give us a beautiful home. And they sure did. They met their deadlines and went above and beyond.
