Discovered a bad leak in our finished basement. Behind walls, soaked carpet, padding and Sheetrock. Called ServePro and within an hour they arrived at my home and quickly diagnosed the issue (kitchen drainpipe burst). Cliff was amazing, took pictures and documented everything. Got his crew to return the SAME DAY to clean up basement. They were fast and efficient. Removed all the wet debris, cut out wet Sheetrock, sprayed anti microbial mix to prevent mold. Left 6 fans and dehumidifier for 3 days to ensure basement completely dry. Worked directly with insurance. They were fantastic helping us get through our mini disaster! Highly recommend!
