General Cleaning and Janitorial Services

We had a burst pipe in a multi family condo building that we manage. There was water everywhere… the apartment was flooded and the wood flooring ruined. 2 other apartments and the common hallway were absolutely soaked. I called several companies who said they’d have someone call me back and then have someone come take a look and then have a crew come out. I needed a quick response team to slow and stop the water damage. When I called ServPro, Todd and his crew responded extremely quickly. They vacuumed up all the water, put down heaters and fans to quickly dry everything out, inspected behind the baseboards for additional water and signs of mold. They came back and followed up repeatedly over the next several days. I can’t thank them enough! They went above and beyond any expectations that I had. There’s only one phone number in my contacts now for who to call in an emergency and that’s Todd and ServPro of Fort Lee!

The whole crew (Steven, Andeas, John, Julio, Jose), were FANTASTIC!!!! I could not have asked for better service.

At 430AM, home had large toilet malfunction sending large amounts of water from first floor bathroom down into basement and basement bathroom. Water was flowing from ceilings and lights. My family watervaced and my son called Servpro. Ty came over on way to office and had cleanup crew here by 915AM. Parts of ceiling down and everything sanitized and fans and dehumidifiers on. Samuel came 3 mornings in a row to take readings and check equipment. Last day, Julio came with Samuel to check readings and take equipment. Everyone was professional, polite and informative

Fantastic job remediating the damaged flooring in an office I inspected. The crew removed everything and conducted an through cleaning of the exposed concrete flooring. We really appreciated them giving our plants their own containment area. Would definitely recommend them again.
