We had a not so pleasant sewer experience on Christmas Eve, and not only was someone still in the office to take our call, but they were able to schedule someone first thing the day after Christmas. It has been a lot of moving pieces but everyone we've worked with at the office and in person have been professional, knowledge, personable and extremely efficient. ServePro is absolutely the best choice for disaster remediation. My project involved flood and mold remediation. From the very beginning to the very end, they staid on the job for 8 hours a day until completion, which took several weeks. This involved demolition and reconstruction of a family room, office and laundry room. The finished product is nothing short of perfection. I highly recommend ServePro.
