We had a loss at our property in Burlington and we were Absolutely devastated! Kenny has to be the most knowledgeable person around the topic of Mitigation I have ever spoken to. He really helped my family out of a tough time and was just great to be around. He tackled the demo of our property by himself and insisted his project manager only focus on paperwork. He even went out of his way to give my wife advice on our milk weed plants. They are growing stronger each day! I even named the one, Kenny as sort of a memorial. Absolutely recommend this guy and his crew for any project!

From the very beginning, their team was professional, knowledgeable, and easy to work with. They took the time to explain the entire process, which really helped me feel more comfortable and confident in the work being done. They showed up on time, worked efficiently, and made sure every affected area was thoroughly treated. I was especially impressed with how careful they were in keeping the rest of my home clean and protected during the process. By the time they finished, the mold issue was completely resolved, and everything looked and felt so much better. Overall, I highly recommend Servpro to anyone dealing with mold problems.
