Kevin had come out for our initial assessment, he was friendly, professional, and very well educated on the processes we were entering, great experience with him. Then came the hard work, Juan showed up with his crew Edwin and Juan, all three men were fantastic, as well as Felipe on day 2! They were punctual, professional, clean workers, kept me informed, respectful of our home and space, and a joy to be around. This type of work, in your home, can really be disruptive and intrusive, these men were exactly what we needed. They even finished in less time than planned and hauled away all the debris with them. 10/10 would recommend and use again in the future. SERVPRO of Salem/Plaistow started as a family run business by parents Ken and Joyce White in 1975. Their three sons, Eric, Gregg, and Brian, grew up learning  the SERVPRO way of helping remediate water, fire, and mold damages “Like it never even happened.” In 1992, the three brothers took over the business to continue the legacy their parents had started for home and business owners. They continued to train all those that came to work with them to understand the stress and worry that comes with a fire or water damage and the disruption it causes your life and home or business.

Our crew members are trained in Water and Fire Remediation, Mold Remediation, OSHA & HIPPA certified, and SERVPRO’s own HERO READY Training.
