These guys were sent to my home by my insurance company. I was skeptical at first because in the past, I'd had a very bad experience with the seacoast franchise. But, this Concord franchise was altogether a different and highly positive experience. They are awesome! They wasted no time getting to my home to evaluate, and then remediate the situation. James, the project manager, was so personable, kind and reassuring. He made sure his men were on the job, working hard for me. Day one, I had Jerome and Elijah. Again, such polite, professional and hard working young men. A big shout out to them for saving my luxury vinyl plank flooring and doing a superb job overall! I'm sure it was not easy to take it up without damaging it. Day 2, Elijah returned with another worker (Kyle, whom I understand was on his last day) to complete the job which included crawling under my manufactured home to remove wet insulation. Carl, Harrine, and Lee were honestly a joy to work with. They did a great job fixing our water issues in our basement and were very communicative.
