Keith and Herrine were at my home in Northwood all day. They were wonderful as they cleaned insulation and mice droppings and objects out eaves in a garage. It was a big job, and they vacuumed and disinfected the entire area. The work was done in an organized and extremely professional manner. Jerome Elijah and Ray did an exceptional job
Jerome and Ray were here the same day. Jerome, Ray, Eli, Lee, Eric & Craig, did an amazing job for us with respect, kindness, empathy and much needed humor. They were always here when they said they would be & were more than willing to help with whatever we needed. Carl was awesome too. Thank you all so much!
These guys were sent to my home by my insurance company. I was skeptical at first because in the past, I'd had a very bad experience with the seacoast franchise. But, this Concord franchise was altogether a different and highly positive experience. They are awesome! They wasted no time getting to my home to evaluate, and then remediate the situation. James, the project manager, was so personable, kind and reassuring. He made sure his men were on the job, working hard for me. Day one, I had Jerome and Elijah. Again, such polite, professional and hard working young men. A big shout out to them for saving my luxury vinyl plank flooring and doing a superb job overall! I'm sure it was not easy to take it up without damaging it. Day 2, Elijah returned with another worker (Kyle, whom I understand was on his last day) to complete the job which included crawling under my manufactured home to remove wet insulation. I am very grateful to these young men for all their hard work. If you are in need of help with water clean up of any kind, I would highly recommend the CONCORD team. (Stay away from SEACOST!) Now I can get busy putting my home back together.
Carl, Harrine, and Lee were honestly a joy to work with. They did a great job fixing our water issues in our basement and were very communicative. Carl especially went above and beyond and was extremely kind. Wouldn’t hesitate to use them again! Additionally, the company they recommended to us for our plumbing needs were wonderful. Overall, they took great care of us and our home.
Servpro was great. Especially Harrine. She was extremely attentive to her tasks. She kept me informed throughout and worked hard. She also cleaned up after everyday.
