I am a seasoned restoration specialist, leader and problem solver. I am an expert in fire and water damage restoration, mold remediation as well as carpet and upholstery cleaning.

As a self accomplished entrepreneur, I understand the value of hard work and expect nothing less from the people I employ. I wore many hats in my conquest in creating a fully operational SERVPRO^®; Franchise. I feel I am able to fully connect and understand the hard work and dedication of all my employees. I believe there is no better way to understand the life of others unless you have walked in the same shoes.

Melanie joined SERVPRO many years ago as a Technician, then Crew Chief, Office manager and is now a proud Co-Owner of our Franchises. Melanie has IICRC in water, fire & smoke, applied structural drying, subrogation & DryBook Certified. Mel is an adventurer who loves hiking, and biking with her husband and their two dogs Foxy and Luna.

Debra has been the Office Manager with SERVPRO since 2020 and looks forward to many more years with the Lebanon team. She enjoys quiet time by the lake at her home and spending time with family.

Cameron started with SERVPRO as a Tech and has earned his position as an Estimator creating detailed estimates for all of our customers. Cameron enjoys singing and playing video games in his spare time.

Nicholas joined our team in our Lebanon office as a tech during his school years and has worked his way to project manager and Reconstruction manager. Nick has IICRC in water, fire, odor, trauma & crime scene, microbial remediation, lead, and DryBook. Nick enjoys fishing and spending time with his family. Gaye joined our team as a Digital Marketing Specialist where she keeps our websites, social media and newsletters up to date for all to see. She enjoys spending time with her family, gardening, and home renovating projects.

Amy joined our team in our Lebanon office as a Technician and has worked her way up to Crew Chief. Amy is a hard worker and enjoys spending time with her friends.

Kyle joined our team as a tech and has been Crew Chief and Project manager as well. Kyle has IICRC in water, fire, odor, trauma & crime scene. Kyle enjoys spending time with his family and friends.

Pedro joined our team in our Lebanon office as a technician bringing smiles and laughter to all. He enjoys music and spending time with family and friends.

Steve joined our team as a Tech and is working to become our new Shop Manager. He enjoys working on cars and spending time with family.

Blendon joined our team as our Marketing Representative. Blendon enjoys playing sports and spending time with his family.

Lenny is a Tech at our Lebanon location and has been with us since 2022. Lenny has IICRC in water, fire, odor, trauma & crime scene.

Arnaud, known to all as "Akim" is our Senior Crew Chief. Akim is knowledgeable in all areas of Restoration has IICRC in fire, water, odor, bio hazard, and is a great asset to SERVPRO^®;; Akim enjoys spending time with family.

Linda, known to all as "Michelle" joined our team in the Lebanon office as a Technician, and has become a Crew Chief since. Michelle is IICRC in water, fire and odor. Michelle is a hard worker and She enjoys spending time with her family and friends.

Josh joined our team as a tech and has worked his way up to Crew Chief. Josh is IICRC in water, fire and odor. Josh enjoys spending time with friends and family.

Anthony has worked for SERVPRO^®;; in both our lebanon and Littleton locations for many years,better known as "TJ" to us all. TJ is IICRC in water and fire. He is a hard worker and enjoys fixing and building computers.
