SERVPRO Team Bowen handled a water damage for me where a dishwasher installation leaked for several months, ultimately damaging my basement ceiling and all of my kitchen cabinets and flooring.
Ryan was the first onsite and listened to my description of what I believed to be the source of the issue, which ended up being completely wrong. He was diligent in his assessment and troubleshooting of the problem, and when Fernando, the Director of the mitigation department arrived onsite, both gentlemen continued to troubleshoot and eventually found the water source as a leaking dishwasher line. I couldn’t be more pleased with the professionalism and attention to detail in identifying the source of the damage.
Orlando was the crew lead that was responsible for the mitigation of the damage. He was meticulous in removing the damaged areas quickly. As with Ryan and Fernando, I was genuinely impressed by the technical capabilities of Orlando and his crew.
