Justin Sellers
Justin Sellers is the General Manager at SERVPRO of Madison, Yancey, Mitchell and Avery Counties and has been a valued member of the team since 2007. With over a decade and a half of hands-on experience in the restoration industry, Justin brings deep expertise and leadership to the mitigation side of operations.
His long-standing tenure is a testament to his loyalty, industry knowledge, and the trust he’s built with both his team and clients. Known for his strong work ethic, problem-solving skills, and commitment to excellence, Justin plays a vital role in the continued success of the SERVPRO of Madison, Yancey, Mitchell and Avery Counties team.
Tom Matlak
Tom Matlak is the Restoration Operations Manager at SERVPRO of Madison, Yancey, Mitchell and Avery Counties, bringing over 13 years of experience in the restoration industry. For the past 11 years, he has been a dedicated member of the SERVPRO Asheville team. Tom holds an IICRC certification in Water Damage Restoration.
He is a proud family man, sharing life with his wife, Jessica, and their daughter, Amber. In his free time, Tom enjoys supporting Amber in her softball and tennis endeavors and is on a mission to visit every Major League Baseball stadium across the country.
Tom is passionate about his work and values the strong, collaborative team at SERVPRO. His commitment to the industry and his team make him a vital part of the organization.

OUR STATE of THE ART EQIUPMENT & FACILITY
We have a conditioned warehouse and secure storage facility for contents and recovering damaged items from fire/smoke and water damage. We also have an on site cleaning operation with ultrasonic equipment, an ozone room and textile/Esporta cleaning systems to properly clean contents and clothing. The ultrasonic and contents production line allows us to clean items that previously would have been claimed unsalvageable! Our Construction Services Division utilizes the Matterport scanning system to support the quick and accurate scoping for reconstruction projects of any size.
