My home suffered a substantial water leak that affected 5 rooms of my home. The mitigation team was knowledgeable and made sure to over communicate every step of the process. This helped to ease the stress from a very stressful situation to a more manageable one. The team was courteous and sensitive to my concerns. There was a minor incident, and the team took care of it instantly. I would like to thank Teagan, Shawn, Ky, and Andre for being efficient and respectful. To not only me but our crazy dogs too. Thank you, Shawn Bradshaw, for rectifying the minor incident and taking quick responsibility to fix the error. 4.5 stars because nothing is perfect, but they were close!
