We had an unexpected issue with a shower in an upstairs bathroom. It was a Saturday at 5pm, I called Servpro and shortly after I received a call from Brandon saying he was loading a few things and would be on his way. Brandon and his crew showed up, spotted the problem and immediately went to work..staying until almost 11pm! Throughout this entire process Brandon and crew have been amazing, keeping us informed the entire time. I am extremely pleased/satisfied with the response time and work that was done. Very professional. I highly recommend.

Servpro came on the scene after quite a significant flood situation due to a faulty dishwasher where the water had leaked into our basement room. They came up with a plan which they communicated to us and went to work. We are now waiting for the reconstruction phase.
