customers are saying
My wife and I had a water leak emergency. Servpro east dispatched a crew in a very timely manner. They arrived within one hour of the call. Micheal and Justin did an excellent job and have followed up with daily visits to monitor the equipment that they deployed and checking the moisture level in my hardwood floors.
Mike and Justin did a great job today. Friendly and knowledgeable!! Great to work with. Highly recommend.
Admittedly I called from the wrong state because i wasnt paying attention, but Justin went above and beyond when it came to helping me answer questions I had. He provided really good insight and helped me troubleshoot some solutions to some of my issues and overall was incredibly professional!
Called and spoke to Clohe, the answers she provided me was great and was able to help me all my needs. Very pleasant and polite. Servpro was able to help tremendously.
Clohe answered my call immediately, she was able to assist me with my all concerns and got a team to my house same day.
Called and spoke with the receptionist, Clohe. She was very empathetic and understanding with my situation and helped get a team dispatched quickly to my location. Would recommend Servpro for any restoration needs.
Professional, efficient. Excellent work. I would definitely call on them for service again.
