Bo is the Owner of SERVPRO of Franklin, Vance & Granville Counties. He has been with us since 2022. Bo brings an enthusiasm like no other. His energy is electric and can be felt by customers and team members alike. He has a big vision for SERVPRO FVG, and an even bigger vision for each of his employees. When Bo has spare time, you can find him spending it with his beautiful family, serving in some capacity at his church, or singing in the choir.

As a licensed General Contractor with a deep-rooted passion for building, Jansen joins our team as a Construction Manager ready to lead by example. He combines technical mastery with a servant-leader heart, always willing to lend a hand and share his expertise to ensure the team’s success. Kind, approachable, and driven, Jansen is dedicated to delivering superior craftsmanship while fostering a collaborative environment where every project and person can thrive.

This is Nicole. Nicole is our Office Manager and has been with us since 2018. Nicole is the one keeping the team together and on top of things. She wears many hats, but always keeps customer service at the top of her priority list. She is knowledgeable about all things SERVPRO and is always ready and willing to share that knowledge with team members and customers alike. When Nicole has free time, she enjoys spending time with her family, gaming, and binge-watching different TV series.

Brandy serves as our franchise's Job File Coordinator. She is no stranger to quality customer service, organization, and a helpful hand (and heart!). She is always willing to help each member of our team make their day successful. She enjoys speaking with customers, and is an integral part of our everyday work, from start to finish!

Morgan is our team's Construction Coordinator . She is well-known for her sharp intellect and remarkable ability to master new challenges at lightning speed. With a heart for service, she is always the first to volunteer a helping hand, ensuring both our field crews and customers feel fully supported. Her blend of kindness and proactive problem-solving makes her an invaluable asset, dedicated to keeping every project organized and every client smiling.

Wilda has worked hard for SERVPRO of Franklin, Vance & Granville Counties for several years part-time, but has joined our crew full time as of April 2024. She rivals the hardest working crew members we've ever had! She is kind to every one she meets, provides excellent service to customers, and is a quality team member, no matter what task she is presented!

As a newer member to our team, Carlos has an enthusiastic approach to serving our customers. Whether responding to emergency water mitigation or complex fire damage, Carlos is committed to learning from the best in the business to deliver high-quality results and exceptional service to every customer.

Paulette is a rising star on our restoration team, More than just a fast learner, she is a fantastic team player who never hesitates to lend a helping hand whenever a colleague or homeowner needs support. With a proactive attitude and a genuine commitment to the craft, Paulette helps our team ensure every job site runs smoother and every customer feels cared for.

Starting as a dedicated technician, Rose has rapidly evolved into a vital Team Leader through her unmatched work ethic and technical growth. She leads by example on every job site, balancing expert restoration skills with a natural ability to guide and inspire her crew. Despite her leadership role, she remains a lifelong learner, constantly seeking out new industry certifications and techniques to ensure SERVPRO always delivers the highest standard of care to our customers.

Sonia is a standout Restoration Technician defined by her tireless work ethic and "helper-first" mentality. Known for being the first to offer a hand on any job site, she ensures her teammates and projects stay on track. Her dedication is matched only by her enthusiasm for our clients; she greets every new customer with genuine eagerness to resolve their crisis and restore their home.
