A fire started in my garage after some fireworks were thrown away by my grandson. I opened the door to the garage and everything was fire and smoke. Calling the fire department was the easy part. What SERVPRO of Fayetteville did for my garage and house was a miracle. Our facility had a confirmed COVID 19 case and the next day Al and Anthony were out fogging and disinfecting the building. They took great care of our facility and even though it was a disinfecting job, they cleaned areas that we would have never noticed if it wasn't for the detailed photography showing their work.

I highly recommend SERVPRO of Fayetteville. Our water heater exploded in the middle of the night and left two inches of water throughout most of the house. Al showed up and was very knowledgeable about the steps of drying, and took great care of our house and belongings. The drying process was done quickly and allowed our family to get back to normal sooner, because of SERVPRO of Fayetteville's reaction time to our emergency.
